Hand made ceramic chess set, created with wild clay foraged in Michigan. The board is also made from the same wild clay, brushed with porcelain for the white squares and pieces.

“Wild Clay” means it was found and collected locally by hand; not produced by a national or international clay manufacturer/distributor. The clay was green when it was wet, before being fired into ceramic.
